Marius Barladeanu has gathered an extensive experience in real estate litigation and arbitration, advising high profile contractors, landlords, tenants, lenders and developers in major disputes, from the site assembly stage to disputes at the point of sale of completed units. He handles a wide variety of complex real estate disputes, related to nationalized properties restitution claims, expropriation, land use restrictions and boundaries, easements, zoning and planning, tenancy, property insurance, real estate foreclosures and workouts.

His experience as litigator is strengthened by an in-depth understanding of real estate business specifics given by his extensive involvement in a large number of high profile real estate projects, including sophisticated purchase and sale of assets, project finance and security title ramifications relating to property, drafting and negotiating construction related agreements, pre-leases and leases. Equally, his practice spans a broad range of disputes specific to infrastructure and engineering projects.
