Ms. Muşat specializes in real estate & construction, being renowned for her in-depth knowledge and understanding of this sector due to her constant involvement in major projects conducted by top domestic and foreign companies in the construction industry, including founders, developers, financiers and contractors in relation to matters ranging from acquisition and sale of real estate, corporate and private leases, complex development projects and implantation of large retail activities.

Her specializations include insolvency and corporate & debt restructuring, both in public as well as in private businesses and property securitization and litigation. Furthermore, she has participated in a number of public-private partnerships (PPP) and joint venture projects, successfully advising clients in corporate/commercial law, including share sale and purchase, distribution and management agreements.

Over the time, she has assisted both Romanian and foreign companies in expanding their operations in Romania, including in connection with structuring joint ventures, addressing debt and funding issues and acquisitions or disposals of business.

Ms. Muşat speaks Romanian, English and Italian and is a member of the Bucharest Bar Association and the National Insolvency Practitioners Association.
