From the very start of her career, Eliza has handled a broad range of employment law mandates, from managing collective dismissals and social dialogue with direct impact on employers’ day-to-day operations, to coordinating sensitive disciplinary procedures, including those involving top management positions.

Provided legal assistance to an international pharmaceutical company specializing in oncology in relation to sensitive issues in the area of labor relations. The support provided included the development and implementation of a comprehensive conflict of interest policy governing employee liability in cases of non-compliance with loyalty, confidentiality, and non-competition obligations. He also advised the client on conducting a complex internal investigation into allegations of workplace harassment and helped review and update internal policies and procedures to ensure they were in line with applicable legal requirements and industry best practices.

Provided legal advice to a multinational company with over 18,000 employees, covering a wide range of labor relations issues. The assistance provided included personalized advice on sensitive legal issues such as: working time and leave arrangements in accordance with local legislation and their correlation with the group's internal policies; granting employee benefits; implementing the work schedule; and cross-border employment issues. She also assisted the client in drafting and updating internal regulations, reviewed global policies from a labor law compliance perspective, and provided assistance in the termination of individual employment agreements.

Provided detailed legal assistance to a major Canadian group, supporting the company in a wide range of labor relations issues, including drafting the collective bargaining agreement, actively participating in negotiations with union representatives and thoroughly analyzing and reviewing individual employment contracts to ensure compliance with applicable legislation and alignment with the employer's strategic objectives.

Provided legal assistance to a chemical manufacturing company on a wide range of labor relations issues, including conducting disciplinary investigations, negotiation of collective bargaining agreements, appointing employee representatives, managing workplace accidents and implementing dismissal procedures as a result of reorganization processes.
