Corina Corbu, Head of Litigation & Arbitration Department at Mușat & Asociații, is a former judge with over 28 years of experience in the Romanian judicial system, including as President of the High Court of Cassation and Justice between 2019 and 2025.

Corina's remarkable career, consolidated by integrity, rigor, and legal excellence, is confirmed both by the leadership positions she has held, as well as by her high-level academic and publishing activity.

Her substantial experience in Litigation & Arbitration, as well as her involvement in representing Romania in prestigious international institutions, is a strategic advantage for our litigation practice.

The department coordinated by Corina brings together six partners and over 30 associate lawyers, making it one of the largest litigation departments in Romania.
